• Conversation Data Retention: AI chat conversations are stored for 90 days to improve service quality and provide context for follow-up interactions. After 90 days, conversations are automatically deleted from our systems.
• Lead Scoring Methodology: We use behavioral signals (time on page, pages visited, AI chat engagement, calculator usage, demo requests) to assign lead scores. This helps us prioritize follow-up and provide more personalized service. Lead scores are internal metrics and are not sold or shared with third parties.
• AI Training Data: Anonymized conversation patterns may be used to improve our AI agents' performance. We never train on personally identifiable information or share your specific conversations with third-party AI providers.
• Opt-Out Procedures: You can request to opt out of AI conversation storage at any time by emailing privacy@fixitforme.ai. This will prevent future conversations from being stored, though it may limit our ability to provide contextual follow-up.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Close.io CRM: When you request a demo or become a customer, we share your name, email, phone, company, and lead score with our CRM system to manage follow-up and customer relationships. Close.io is GDPR and SOC 2 compliant.
• Google Sheets (Optional): If you opt in, we can send lead notifications to your Google Sheets for custom tracking. This is entirely optional and requires explicit authorization via OAuth.
• Webhook Data Handling: Our platform sends and receives webhook notifications (e.g., demo bookings, lead submissions) to connect with your existing tools. Webhook data is encrypted in transit and logged for 30 days for debugging purposes.
• Analytics Providers: We use analytics services to understand how users interact with our platform. All analytics data is anonymized and aggregated before being shared with analytics providers.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Integrations are used solely to provide and improve our services.

Data Retention

We retain different types of data for different periods based on business needs and legal requirements:

• Property Manager Beta: Free access during beta period in exchange for maintenance partnership. Commercial pricing will be announced at beta conclusion.
• Pricing Changes: We may adjust pricing for new partnerships at any time. Existing partners will be notified 30 days in advance of any changes to their partnership terms.
• Custom Quotes: All pricing mentioned in blog articles, case studies, and marketing content represents typical starting points. Actual pricing will be provided via custom quote based on your specific needs.
